Calvin Mendez, owner and manager of Calvin's Personal Training, LLC is a dedicated, certified personal trainer currently working as an independent contractor out of Believe Fitness, a training facility located within the Country Club of Coral Springs, in the heart of Coral Springs, Florida and close to Parkland, Coconut Creek, Margate and Tamarac.
He will provide you with one-on-one training sessions and design a personalized training program to meet your personal goals and changing fitness level. As your trainer, he will teach you the proper form & technique of a wide range of exercises for safer, faster and better results.
